Our youth ministry exists to assist parents in the Christian discipleship of their children. Our youth leaders are passionate about seeing students grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ and developing a strong biblical worldview.
We seek to accomplish these goals through three core values:
Three Core Values
The Word of God. There is nothing more important to the Christian life than the Word of God. God has given us the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in order that we might know Him, what He requires of us, and how we are to worship and glorify Him (2 Timothy 3:14-17).
Fellowship. The Christian life is to be lived out in the context of the covenant community. As we live, pray, serve, and play together we are strengthened in our faith and come to a deeper knowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ (Philemon 6).
Service. God has entrusted each of us with gifts to be used in the service of others. When each of us are using our gifts to serve others the body of Christ grows and is unified and God is glorified. Our youth serve in the ministry of the church in a variety of ways as well as opportunities designed specifically for them. (Ephesians 4:16; 1 Peter 4:10-11).
