We want to make members of our community feel welcome at our church and also to have the opportunity to hear the good news about Jesus. To that end we are involved in a variety of outreach efforts.
Nursing Home Ministry
Each month members of our church lead a worship service at Meadowood retirement community and visit with residents to bring the word of God and the love of Christ to those who would otherwise be unable to attend church.
Meetings for Better Understanding
Quarterly meetings are held with Muslim members of our community at which food, and fellowship are enjoyed, and topics of interest are presented and discussed from Biblical and Quranic perspectives.
English as a Second Language
To better come alongside the foreign language worshipers among us, we offer an English as a Second Language Sunday School class for adults.
Food From the Heart Dinners
Once a month we offer a homemade meal to the community. Our guests enjoy good food, fellowship, and a short message taken from the Bible or personal Christian experience.
Each year we have a table at Lansdale Day and the International Spring Festival at North Penn High School. People from our church greet event goers with a smile and a variety of literature that speaks about our ministries, but also about the person and work of Jesus.
We encourage our members to share the good news about Jesus with their families, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. We offer a well-stocked literature table that provides resources to use in ministering to others. If you would like a Bible, or other helpful literature for yourself, or to give to others, please contact the church office and we would be happy to send it.
